What services do you offer?

We offer valet parking and shuttle services as wells as golf cart rentals with drivers.

Where?
We work in Agoura Hills, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Encino, Hollywood Hills, La Habra, Malibu, Palos Verdes, Pasadena, Santa Barbara, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Tarzana, Thousand Oaks and Woodland Hills.

When and why do we need valet service?
— lots of cars expected with limited, scarce or remote parking in the area
— steep long driveways
— high caliber of occasion
— letting the professionals deal with liability and parking concerns

How many valets do we need?

As a rule of thumb -- one attendant per 12-15 cars plus captain, who will manage the crew.

When should the valets arrive?
We schedule our crew at least 1/2 hour before the event start time to set up, clear the driveway and loading zone (where catering vehicles usually park). 1 hour prior to weddings and bigger parties.

Is there a minimum time frame for the service?
Yes, 5 hours.

What valet equipment do you use?
Our standard setup includes a valet stand with umbrella, valet signage, traffic cones, two-way radios and lights. For big events we gear up a bit more, doubling our regular kit and adding (if needed) a shuttle car. We also provide golf carts for steep and/or long driveways.

What is "shuttle" and do we need it?
Our shuttle for attendants is utilized when parking is scarce or far away and the main goal here is to expedite parking and retrieving cars.

When do we need a golf cart?

Renting a cart would be best:
— for steep long driveways
— when parking is far away and guests need a ride to the venue

— as a shuttle vehicle for valet attendants

— at school and university campuses during all kinds of events

Are you insured?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability, automobile liability and workers compensation insurance.

Do we need parking permits?

Incorporated cities may have their own parking and event regulations and permits are required. Some neighborhoods require guest parking permits which can only be obtained by a homeowner.

Tip policy
We do not add gratuity on the bill. We leave that to your discretion and encourage you to tip our attendants after the job is done and only if you are satisfied with the result. Working at private events could be challenging and most of the events fall on a weekend. Our crew members are always appreciative of gratuities!

I made up my mind and need to book your service. Where do I start?

Go to our contact page or simply call or email us. We will ask for event details and check the location on the maps. We will answer all of your questions and come up with an estimate. When you are ready to book, we will send you the contract. It can all be done in less than 10 minutes.

Drive safely!
